| Ahh, the glorious return of food-related posts! Today, I woke up to an email inbox full of bad news and the reality that there is a world outside of Italy sunk in a little too deeply. I will be on US soil in no less than 3 weeks and I am already feeling the pressure of making the transition. Add a pop test in Cinema class into the mix and you have created one sour Monday. I did what any girl does to help her feel better after a long day: baked. Well, sort of. I made do with the ingredients I had on hand and made a batch of granola. See that heavenly orange glow of the oven? Toasted my stress, just like it toasted those almonds. |
